To ensure fairness and transparency, we require a valid unboxing video as the sole proof for any refund or exchange related to defective or incorrect products.
1. Purpose of the Unboxing Video
The unboxing video helps us:
Verify Product Condition: Confirm the exact condition of your artwork at the time of delivery.
Provide Reliable Evidence: Serve as clear proof in the event of damage, defects, or incorrect shipment.
2. Eligibility for Refund or Exchange
We will gladly support a refund or exchange if your order meets all of the following conditions:
Valid Video Proof: The unboxing video clearly shows the defect upon receipt.
Timely Notification: You contact us within 24 hours of receiving the product.
Product Condition: The artwork remains unused, undamaged, and unaltered.
Our Commitment: Once the defect is confirmed through the video, a full refund will be processed immediately—no further questions asked.
3. Cases Not Eligible for Support
Refund or exchange requests cannot be accepted if:
No Valid Evidence: The unboxing video is missing, edited, or does not show the defect upon opening.
Customer-Induced Damage: The product has been used, damaged, or modified after receipt.
Late Reporting: The issue is reported after 24 hours from the time of delivery.
